This is an almost mint but inked Targa fountain pen that has been inked but not used; the surfaces are very good and there are no cracks, splits or dings; the clip is secure. The nib is a medium grade 14ct gold and marked USA; the pen will take cartridges or a converter which is in fact fitted.
